Dear Friend,

With Sefirat Ha’omer over, we are free to party!

So, no wonder we are celebrating a double simcha this Shabbas- a Bat & Bar Mitzvah!

On Thursday, Jamie Jankelowitz smoothly recited his brachot over the Torah when he received his first Aliya. Mazel Tov to his parents, Ryan & Dani Jankelowitz and grandparents, Barry & Gillian Jankelowitz and Ronnie & Dee Tanur. Jamie is not only Ryan & Dani’s oldest, he’s the first grandchild celebrating Bar Mitzvah. Mazel Tov & enjoy the nachas!

Mazel Tov to Danielle Munitz on her Bat Mitzvah! Danielle is so eager and so well prepared for her simcha, her excitement is contagious. Mazels to her parents, Amanda Munitz & Morris & Celeste Munitz, & and grandparents, Arnie Gotsman, Barbara Gotsman & Loraine Munitz. Much nachas!

Mazel Tov to Philip Zetler on his 70th birthday! Our Sages teach us that the Hebrew word for ‘aging’ (Zikna) actually means ‘gaining wisdom’. Philip is reaching this milestone biologically & spiritually!

Mazel Tov to Ruth Katzeff on her 91st birthday…Much nachas in good health!

Our Shul’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 28th May 2018 at 8pm in our hall.

UJW APPEALs for small tubes of hand cream, bath soap, chocolates, small packets of biscuits & sweets.

Please drop off at Stonehaven, 7 Albany Rd, Sea Point.

Shabbat Shalom & happy reading!
