How are you?

Dear Friend,
Please note that our weekly Virtual Kabbalat Shabbat will be this week at 5:00pm. Once again we’ll include a prayer for the ill, your favorite Shul melodies & a memorial Hazkara for the coming week’s Yohrtzeits. This week I’ll be focusing on an important, yet rarely acknowledged, emotion. After 3 weeks in lockdown & private Yizkor Services, I think you’ll relate to it.
This Shabbas is Shabbat Mevorchim, where we bless the new month of Iyar. Rosh Chodesh will be this coming Friday & Shabbas (24 & 25 April).
Mazel Tov to all our special birthday boys & girls! Pls see the Shmooze for details.
Mazel Tov to Neil & Terri Gore on the birth of a son! Mazels to former Shul President Stephen and Rene Gore on the birth of their grandson. Much much nachas!!
This coming Tuesday is Yom Hashoa, the day many in the Jewish Community commemorate the murder of 6 million of our brothers & sisters in the Shoa. This year the SA Jewish Board of deputies is hosting a national service at 12pm on this link https://www.sajbd.org/yomhashoah
